B. International Intergovernmental

Partnership Eligibility Criteria
Organizations and institutions must meet the following:
- Legally registered
- Respect international law and human rights
- Non-involvement in crimes or extremist activity
- Commitment to transparency and accountability
- Willingness to comply with AUSDRHR’s neutrality policy
- No political, military, or intelligence affiliation that compromises independence

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or cooperation treaty is signed.
Teams from both sides coordinate activities, reporting, and evaluation.
All partnerships undergo review to ensure relevance, compliance, and impact.
